Through proprietary assessment tools, advisory services, and certification programs, including Best Workplaces lists and workplace reviews, Great Place to Work\u00ae provides the benchmarks, framework, and expertise needed to create, sustain, and recognize outstanding workplace cultures.<\/p>\n
Kshanika Ratnayake, CEO of Great Place to Work\u00ae in Sri Lanka stated “These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace – critical metrics that anyone considering working for or doing business with BoardPAC should take into account as an indicator of high performance.”<\/p>\n
It is noteworthy that a commendable increase could be seen in the employee survey score, in spite of the challenges encountered and audacious decisions taken in the previous year by these organizations. The results of the survey bear witness to the highly employee-friendly and productive culture at BoardPAC, which give a sense of family to their employees than being mere workplaces, enabling employees to face the challenges of the highly versatile IT sector as a team, with both successes and failures shared equally among one\u2019s co-workers. \nthat the two highest scores in the survey were for the categories of \u2018camaraderie\u2019 and \u2018pride\u2019. Also, it cannot be forgotten that the Great Place to Work \u00ae certification serves as an attestation to the equal opportunities provided by BoardPAC, breaking the barriers of \u2018previously gender\u0002biased jobs\u2019. The organizations are headed by a courageous female CEO, and many leading positions are held by female employees.
