It was a proud moment for BoardPAC as our representatives took to the stage to receive our Great Place To Work® certification at the FOR ALL™ Conference 2026. Held on 10 September at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, the ceremony was an opportunity to celebrate a recognition made possible by our team.
BoardPAC (Pvt) Ltd has been certified for the period from March 2026 to March 2027, having surpassed the Global Threshold for Positive Employee Experience in the Trust Index™ Survey conducted by Great Place To Work® Sri Lanka.
The recognition brings the experience of our people into focus. Their dedication, support for one another and team spirit are part of what makes BoardPAC a great place to work each day. Receiving the certification was a moment to recognise that shared contribution and thank the people behind it.
There was further reason to celebrate, with BoardPAC also recognised among Sri Lanka’s Top 50 Great Places to Work for the fourth consecutive year. Four years in a row is a milestone that belongs to our team and reflects the care and effort they continue to bring to the workplace.
As we celebrate these achievements, we also recognise the everyday contributions that give them meaning. The ceremony offered a chance to pause and appreciate our colleagues, while reminding us to continue building on the culture we share.
