BoardPAC was listed in the Best Small and Medium IT/ITES Workplaces list by Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka for the third consecutive time.
This achievement showcases our employee perception towards BoardPAC through the Trust Index survey and organizational people practices through the Culture Audit completed by BoardPAC, which is also independently assessed.
According to Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka, getting recognized on this list indicates that these small and medium organizations belonging to the IT or IT-enabled Services industry are Great Place to Work – Certified™ and perform better than the others assessed in the same sector.
We continuously enrich the working experience at BoardPAC with continuous learning and skill enhancement through training and other knowledge-sharing exercises. Our global team constantly shares their experiences so that new knowledge is fostered throughout the organization, from the latest recruits to the most seasoned senior manager.
The organizations’ welfare society, HR, and Marketing department conduct a considerable amount of internal marketing and people engagement activities to create a good balance work and play culture within BoardPAC. These activities include games, celebrations, religious and cultural, and welfare activities in line with the triple “P” concept.
Company policies as an open door, buddy system, and other open forums allow employees to voice their opinions and engage with higher management.
