About the Great Place to Work® List of Best Workplaces for Women in Sri Lanka – 2024

This program acknowledges organizations that have successfully met Great Place to Work®’s rigorous 2-lens model, consisting of the Trust Index© Employee Survey and the Culture Audit© people practice analysis framework. Companies must meet global qualification standards to earn a spot on the Best Workplaces list. This year’s list represents organizations evaluated from a sample of approximately 81,000 employees across 165 companies.

BoardPAC earned this accolade based on the extensive feedback provided by our employees in an anonymous survey conducted by Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka during 2023 – 2024.
