BoardPAC Supports Sustainable Governance at ICSI’s National Sustainability Conference 2025

BoardPAC was honoured to participate as a Silver Sponsor at the National Sustainability Conference 2025, organised by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on the 26th and 27th of July. Set against the backdrop of Udaipur’s Ramee Royal Resort, the conference served as a timely and necessary gathering of India’s leading voices in corporate governance, sustainability, and strategic policy.

Themed “Fostering Sustainability towards a Resilient Future,” the event explored the evolving responsibilities of boardrooms in a rapidly changing business landscape. For BoardPAC, the message was clear and aligned with what we have championed from the very beginning — sustainability cannot be an afterthought. It must be embedded in the way leadership is structured, decisions are made, and organisations are governed.

BoardPAC’s presence at the event reaffirmed our role in enabling boards to lead with purpose and responsibility. Our digital board management platform helps organisations move away from outdated, paper-heavy processes, offering a secure and streamlined way to manage board meetings and communications. This shift to paperless governance is not only a leap forward in efficiency but also a meaningful contribution to reducing environmental impact; a priority we share with forward-looking enterprises across India and the globe.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity for the BoardPAC team to engage directly with esteemed leaders in governance. Among the many distinguished professionals we met were CS Asish Mohan, Secretary of ICSI, CS Pawan G Chandak, Vice President of ICSI, CS B. Narasimhan, Immediate Former President of ICSI, and CS Manish Gupta, Former President of ICSI. We also had the pleasure of meeting CS Deepak Manerikar, Company Secretary at Shree Renuka Sugars Limited, and CS Rajeev Kumar, Deputy Executive Director and Company Secretary at Dalmia Bharat Limited. Each conversation reaffirmed the critical role Company Secretaries play in guiding their organisations toward more responsible, future-ready governance.

Adding depth to the conference was a powerful address by Professor Gourav Vallabh, BJP National Spokesperson and a member of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister. His remarks on day one highlighted the importance of integrating sustainable practices into boardroom strategies, a philosophy that is core to the solutions BoardPAC provides.

Our long-standing partnership with the Company Secretary community, in India and worldwide, continues to be a cornerstone of our journey. As the challenges and expectations surrounding governance evolve, BoardPAC remains committed to providing the tools and support leaders need to navigate them confidently and securely.

If you missed meeting us in Udaipur, you will have another opportunity very soon. We will be present at another key industry event this August. Stay tuned for updates or connect with us directly at BoardPAC.
