Lakmini Wijesundera, Founder and CEO of BoardPAC, attended the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia-Pacific Class of 2026 event, connecting with women entrepreneurs and business leaders from across the region.

Organized by EY, the Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ program annually recognizes a select group of high-potential women founders leading scalable businesses across the region. The 2026 Asia-Pacific cohort included 23 women entrepreneurs representing some of the region’s fastest-growing companies.

This year’s discussions focused on scaling businesses, raising capital, and improving financial readiness. Sessions also explored how the right banking and financial partnerships can help founders accelerate fundraising, strengthen investor confidence, and access new market opportunities.

For BoardPAC, being part of the EY Winning Women network allows us to engage with entrepreneurs who are building and scaling businesses across different markets and industries.

Lakmini Wijesundera’s participation also reflects BoardPAC’s long-standing connection with the EY Winning Women community as a member of the 2017 EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women cohort.

We are proud to continue engaging with global communities that support entrepreneurship, collaboration, and long-term business impact.
