Vijendran has over 25 years of experience as a CXO level leader in fast-growth companies. Vijendran has lived and worked globally in Australia, UK, Africa, Middle East, India, Malaysia, and other countries in Asia giving him exposure to different working and management cultures and experiences
Vijendran Watson was the founding Managing Director of Mobitel in Sri Lanka and former Managing Director of Lanka Bell. He has over 43 years of experience in the ICT industry and recently retired as the Chief Regional Officer (CRO) of edotco Group. As a founding member of edotco, the infrastructure company of the Axiata Group, Mr. Watson helped build the company from scratch to now be present in eight countries and own and manage over 30,000 towers. As CRO Bay of Bengal, he was responsible for Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. As a further attestation to his global expertise in the corporate world, Mr. Watson is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Master Performance Certified Coach, and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Lakmini Wijesundera is a global technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in technology company global growth enablement. As the Executive Director of BoardPAC, she oversees strategic growth initiatives and the investment strategy of BoardPAC business and has been the driving force behind BoardPAC’s successful global expansion thus far.
Lakmini has been the recipient of several prestigious industry recognition awards such as being the first Sri Lankan to become an Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Woman (EY EWW) 2017, the overall winner of the SAARC Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2019, the winner of several Stevie leadership awards in 2018, the winner of the Female Exporter of the year 2017 awarded by the National Chamber of Commerce NCE in 2017, the winner of the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016, Exporter of the Year and the Gold Award in the large category awarded by the Women’s Chamber of Industry & Commerce, the winner of Women in Management IT Leader of the year in 2016, the winner of the female ICT Leader of the year 2014 awarded by Computer Society of Sri Lanka ( CSSL) and has been selected to the 50 most powerful women in business awarded by the Echelon Magazine in 2014.
Lakmini also holds the Chief Executive Officer- global role in IronOne Technologies which is a enterprise software and solutions company with offices in the USA and Sri Lanka.

Sanje Widyaratne is a successful entrepreneur with his career first starting as an engineer in Aerospace and Semiconductor industries. Sanje has over 20 years of business leadership experience as a Chairman and CEO in technology and agriculture sectors. As a Board Member, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of global business development and strategic direction to BoardPAC.
Sanje is at present, the Chairman and CEO of Walters Bay, a direct-from-origin tea company that serves global markets.
Annette has 37 years of professional and commercial experience, Annette's executive career includes a range of senior roles with Black Rock, Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, MinterEllison, Ernst & Young and, prior to EY, the International Accounting Standards Board. She has extensive global experience in designing and implementing large, complex transformations, and a strong track record in unlocking organizational potential.
Annette is currently a Non-Executive Director and member of the Investments Committee and Audit and Risk Committee of listed investment company Mirrabooka Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director of The Trawalla Group. She is also a Non-Executive Director of the Melbourne Business School. and Chair of the School’s Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. She is a member of The University of Melbourne's Faculty of Business and Economics Board, and has joined Monash University's Industry Council of Advisors.
Annette previously served on the board of Airservices Australia, and as Chair of Airservices' Audit and Risk Committee oversaw a complete transformation of the organisations approach to risk management. She has also previously served as a Non-Executive Director or Advisory Board member for a wide range of government and NGO boards. Annette was Victorian Chair of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Business Council of Australia's Economic Policy and Competitiveness Committee.
Annette has attended executive leadership programs at a range of prestigious business schools including Harvard, INSEAD and Kellogg. She is a member of Chief Executive Women and a Monash University Fellow. She was awarded an Order of Australia in the Queen's Birthday 2020 Honours List for her significant service to business and to gender equality and inclusion.
Tony Weeresinghe is a highly successful serial entrepreneur and he previously founded Millennium Information (MIT) and served as the Chief Executive Officer and the Chairman of the board until it was purchased by London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Tony pioneered innovations in smart order routing, matching engines, surveillance, and clearing & settlement for global stock exchanges, clearing houses, and depositories. MIT’s systems are currently implemented by over 50 market infrastructure companies around the globe. MIT’s trading system was awarded the best trading platform three years in a row from 2012 to 2014. It is still one of the fastest trading systems trading in the US.
Tony was thereafter the head of Global Business Development for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). He focused on creating partnerships with global exchanges and developing market infrastructures. He also rebuilt the LSEG trading, clearing & settlement platforms, and lead operational improvement projects. During his tenure he reduced LSEG’s costs by 70% and improved the performance by 7000%. He was also one of the members of the executive committee. After acquiring Tony’s firm Millennium IT (MIT) in the latter part of 2009, the LSEG market cap grew from £2.9B to £24.9B in 2019.
Tony was a Director of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE). WFE, located in London, represents more than 250 different exchanges and clearinghouses worldwide.The WEF plays an important role in facilitating the spread of ideas and best practices throughout the financial services industry. WFE exchanges list more than 59,400 companies with a total annual trading volume of more than $162 trillion.
Tony’s previous company Ustocktrade was the world’s first Alternative Trading System (ATS) exclusively for retail investors. Ustocktrade was founded by Tony with the mission to bring Wall Street to Main Street by lowering the barriers of entry for retail stock trading. Ustocktrade drastically reduced the price of execution to $1 per trade while simultaneously providing trading technology previously only available to institutions. Ustocktrade is the only broker in the United States to allow retail customers to trade using an Alternative Trading System that offered T+0 settlement in cash accounts.
MeetSID was founded by Tony with the mission to reduce compliance costs for financial institutions by roughly 50% through our comprehensive solution for Know Your Client (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), & Identity Fraud (IDF). MeetSID uses biometric identification models to verify users in real-time to prevent IDF. The system is deployed on an industry standard private blockchain secured with post-quantum cryptography.
Alok has been in the tech industry for 25 years, working both in India and in the US. He has seen both sides of action in the tech world: as a VC investor, as a Board Member, as an advisor - working closely with high-growth startups, and as a CEO/CXO/Entrepreneur, setting up new businesses and scaling them successfully.
He is currently a Venture Partner at Social Alpha and also an Advisor (Corporate Development) at WSO2 – a pre-IPO enterprise software company. In the past, he has worked with Bain & Co in the US and with Tata Group (TAS) and Cisco in India, where he led their VC and M&A arm for the Asia Pacific.
Alok holds a B.Tech in EE from IIT-Delhi and an MBA from Wharton Business School.
David has been the Operations Director of Ernst & Young Asia Pacific, a role that spanned across 20+ regions in the Asia-Pacific region and he was the COO of MinterEllison, Australia’s largest and oldest law firm. At MinterEllison he led a cross-functional team of 500 people across Australia, New Zealand, China and the UK. Starting his career at BT Financial Group in 1997, David's career has seen him work across a wide range of markets and sectors with a specific focus on technology, consulting and finance.
He is responsible for the executive operations at BoardPAC which includes Sales and Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations. He has a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations, multi sector and market go-to-market programs and motions, and a values based leadership style that focuses on delivering outcomes for all stakeholders, clients, employees, shareholders and the wider community.
