When you successfully login to the BoardPAC Application, the very first screen displayed is the dashboard, which consists of the list of meetings and circulars.

Once the meeting is selected, you will see the meeting agenda.

You can view the meeting participants of the meeting in the sliding panel.

You can view in calendar of meetings for 12 months.

In addition to viewing the document you are able to annotate on the document and thereafter share the annotated documents with other meeting participants.

You are able to carry out voting, approvals reject decisions directly from the iPad. This is especially useful for circulars.

You can easily share comments with other participants the organizer. Any selected participants can be selected as recipients.
