BoardPAC, already widely used in Sri Lanka and the region, was the only Sri Lankan product to be presented at the annual conference of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) for the consecutive 2nd year partnering with Maxis, which was attended by over 600 business leaders from some of Malaysia’s leading companies.

The MAICSA Annual Conference 2016 held at the Sime Darby Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur was an excellent platform for company secretaries, directors and corporate officers to keep abreast with the latest regulatory updates and developments in governance.
