Sri Lanka’s premier innovative board automation platform, BoardPAC, partnered the Institute of Directors, India (IOD) and the Bombay Stock Exchange to sponsor the mega regional conference themed 'Corporate Governance and New Reforms' held in Mumbai recently.
The event which attracted several high profile speakers and dignitaries included impressive participation by corporate directors, compliance professionals and other delegates who experienced an interesting line-up of panelists and speakers.
Shri Sudhir Mungantiwar, Hon Minister of Finance & Planning, Forests, Government of Maharashtra graced the occasion as the Chief Guest at the Conference. Among the dignitaries participating in the conference were Senior Bombay Stock Exchange officials and IOD Regional officials.
Representing BoardPAC, Oshada Senanayake, Principal Consultant, participated in the event as a panelist at the Plenary Session on Digital Reforms and Board Digitization. He addressed the gathering on the importance of digitalization on Board governance in India and across the world.
